We also count on being our own competitors and critics. We never set a far-fetched goal, instead of that we challenge ourselves to do better than yesterday. And the trajectory of our journey so far can be taken as a proof that this works better than simply achieving a target. This ensures that we keep growing, steadily but substantially. This is what I would personally recommend all to practice.
